The neighbourhood offers a convenient base for exploring Jamaica’s beautiful North Coast, whether you prefer relaxing by the sea, enjoying local cuisine or visiting popular attractions.
Dunn’s River Falls, Mystic Mountain, Dolphin Cove, Konoko Falls and several beaches are all within easy driving distance. The town centre is also nearby, making it convenient to access supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, restaurants and local craft markets.
As a central tourist area, Ocho Rios can feel lively during the day, particularly when cruise ships are in port, while the apartment provides a comfortable retreat when you are ready to relax.

COMPLIMENTARY EARLY CHECK-IN
• Complimentary early check-in may be available from 2:00 p.m.
• Early check-in is subject to availability, housekeeping completion and the departure time of the previous guest.
• Requests must be submitted in advance but cannot be guaranteed until confirmed by Areca Homes.
• Early check-in is not confirmed unless approval has been provided in writing.
COMPLIMENTARY LUGGAGE DROP-OFF
• Luggage drop-off must be arranged and confirmed in advance.
• Bag drop does not provide access to the property while it is being cleaned or inspected.
• Guests should retain passports, cash, jewellery, electronics and other valuables.
• Guests will receive regular access to the property once it has been confirmed as guest-ready.
COMPLIMENTARY PRE-STOCKING SERVICE
• One complimentary grocery pre-stocking service is available per reservation.
• The service applies to grocery orders valued up to US$100
• Guests are responsible for the full cost of all groceries and requested items. The complimentary benefit covers the shopping and stocking service only.
• The grocery list and payment must be received at least 48 hours before arrival.
• Shopping is limited to one standard supermarket and one shopping trip. Specialty stores, additional trips or orders above US$100 may attract a concierge fee.
• Requested brands and products are subject to local availability. Guests may approve substitutions in advance; otherwise, unavailable items will be omitted.
• The final purchase amount may vary slightly from the estimate. A receipt will be provided after shopping.
• Once items have been purchased, grocery payments are non-refundable.
• Alcohol may only be purchased for guests who meet Jamaica’s legal drinking-age requirements. Identification may be requested.
• Prescription medication, tobacco products and restricted items are excluded.
• Perishable items will be refrigerated or stored appropriately before arrival.
