Exceptional experience for my birthday celebration with my family and close friends. Priceless memories created of which everyone is still commenting on. The rooms were large, clean nicely decorated. The entire staff catered to our every need. The pool, hot tub and view were spectacular.

I enjoyed my time staying here. The house is beautiful and charming. You can really relax and be comfortable and at ease. Stacy you really are a super host. Thank you so much for all the extra help that you provided to me. Thank you for the chef services and helping me to set up the food and birthday decorations for Adrian. I will definitely be back to stay at Draxhall or another one of your properties. Hurricane Melissa caught us in Jamaica and you checked on us to make sure we were good and I appreciated that. Oh my gosh, my stay was excellent!!! I stayed at Areca Palms to sleep over and get ready for my wedding and my bridesmaids and I were welcomed into a beautifully decorated home. I loved the ambiance!!! Everything was to all our liking and even superseded our expectations. I’d recommend Areca Homes to any and everyone, you won’t be disappointed 💯

Absolutely loved our stay. The views were amazing and the apartment was modern and clean. Will definitely be back.This place was beautiful, very clean, and a pleasure to stay in! Stacey Ann was incredibly accommodating when I needed to move my booking from Monday to Tuesday, and she also offered me a great deal. To make our honeymoon celebration even more special, she kindly included a bottle of wine, which was such a thoughtful touch. Although there were a few minor issues, including the internet going down and the hot water not working on the last day, Stacey Ann was responsive and made sure everything was up and running again. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated her hospitality, flexibility, and thoughtful gestures. I would definitely recommend staying here!The home was exactly as pictured and in a quiet location, even with all the construction happening around us. Security was wonderful, the air conditioning was the best I’ve found in Jamaica so far and having the pool just outside the Airbnb was a definite bonus! Would love to stay here again on a future visit!I had a wonderful experience at this location. I fully recommend others to visit.We had a wonderful stay at the Oceanfront Condo. We had a few minor issues; however Stacy and her team addressed the issues quickly and efficiently. The home was clean and just as pictured. We will return again in the future!

She was warm, welcoming, and went out of her way to make sure I felt looked after during my stay. Her communication and genuine care made all the difference, and it's clear she really wants her guests to have a good experience.I'll definitely be booking with her again — it's her hospitality that makes this place worth returning to.

AND THE PLACE… absolutely beautiful.Stacey-Anns place was quite wonderful with an amazing view of the north coast sea. The location is accessible to a small patch of beach if just want to take a dip in the sea. Also walking distance to local restaurants with great local rates.Fantastic apartment! Very spacious and very comfortable for 4 people (2 adults and 2 teenagers). It is very well equipped with everything you need. Excellent location, close to the supermarket and restaurants, and only a 10-minute walk to the beach. Although Ocho Rios is very safe, the apartment has private security, which gives you great peace of mind. I want to thank its owner, Stacy, for her kind treatment and for being so attentive at all times to make sure we had everything we needed. The pool is beautiful with great views. We felt very comfortable. I highly recommend it!It was such an awesome stay. From the room to the food 10/10 would recommend. Just the food alone was amazing. If literally go back just to get that again🧑🏾🍳StacyAnn was very attentive and prompt! She took care of all our needs even when I felt like I was being bothersome 😆👍… I can’t wait to visit again. Beds was super comfortable and that especially made everything else perfect!!This unit was very welcoming and comfortable. Stacy-Ann was a very accommodating host. We will definitely book again.

The home was nice and clean. Very modern and peaceful. Only thing is, it’s not as close to the beach as I thought you would need to have a ride to get to the beach.
