Stacey Ann was incredibly accommodating when I needed to move my booking from Monday to Tuesday, and she also offered me a great deal. To make our honeymoon celebration even more special, she kindly included a bottle of wine, which was such a thoughtful touch. Although there were a few minor issues, including the internet going down and the hot water not working on the last day, Stacey Ann was responsive and made sure everything was up and running again.
